Privacy policy
I. General provisions
1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of the personal data of the users obtained through the Website, operating at: www.justpoznan.pl (hereinafter: Website), as well as the data provided in connection with the provision of services, and defines the mechanisms for the Website's use of Cookies).
2. The Administrator of personal data is Justyna Ciupa, who conducts business activity under the name Marideo Travel Justyna Ciupa with registered office in Poznań, os. Stefana Batorego 36/22, 60-687 Poznań; Tax No. (NIP): 687-173-92-43, statistical No. REG: 180227847 (hereinafter: Marideo Travel).
3. The personal data of the User is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Personal Data Protection Regulation).
The Administrator shall take special care to protect the interests of the data subjects and shall in particular ensure that the data she or he collects are:
processed in accordance with the law;
collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes;
substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

5. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection on account of a breach of personal data protection rules.
II. What is the purpose and scope of data processing?
1. The User's personal data, collected by the Administrator, is used:
to contact the User (Customer);
for informational purposes and other activities related to the Administrator's activity on the Website;
for implementation of contracts and commercial processes;
for marketing purposes.
2. The Administrator processes the following data:
first name and surname
address;
e-mail address;
telephone number;
3. The Administrator may process the following data characterising the use of the electronically supplied services (usage data) by the User:
designations identifying the telecommunications network termination or information and communication system used by the User;
information about the beginning, end and scope of each use of the electronically supplied services by the User;
information about your use of the electronically supplied services by the User.
4. The Administrator may entrust data to:
authorised public bodies;
entities that are clients or contractors of the Administrator for matters relating to those orders;
entities delivering correspondence;
providers of accounting/bookkeeping services;
IT service providers.
5. Data will not be transferred to a third country, except at the request of the data subject.
III. How long do we process data and on what basis?
1. The use of the functionalities of the Website which require the provision of personal data is entirely voluntary. It is up to the data subject to decide whether or not to use such functionalities of the Website.
2. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Personal Data Protection Regulation) personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (f) Personal Data Protection Regulation, i.e:
on the basis of your consent, - whereby contacting the Administrator and submitting your personal data indicates that you have given your consent;
is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
and is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator and for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
3. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing. With regard to the performance of a contract, for the period until its completion, after which time the data will be processed for the period required by law or for the period necessary to assert claims. As far as the legitimate interests of the Administrator are concerned, the data will be processed until the successful resolution of an objection lodged against the processing.
IV. What rights does the User have in relation to the processing?
1. The User has the right to access and correct their data.
2. He or she also has the right to control the processing of data concerning him or her contained in the Administrator`s data filing system and, in particular, the right to request that his or her personal data be completed, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended or erased if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in breach of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
V. How do we use Cookies?
1. The Website uses Cookies. If you do not change your browser settings, you agree to their use.
2. The installation of Cookies is necessary for the proper functioning of the functionality of the Website. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Website, in particular as far as authorisation is required.
3. The following types of Cookies are used within the Website:
session - are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal equipment until they leave the website;
permanent files - they are stored on the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the Cookies or until they are deleted by the User;
analytical - for better understanding how the User interacts with the content of the website, to better organise its layout. A analytical cookies collect information about how Users use a website, the type of website from which the User was redirected, as well as the number of visits and the length of the User's visit to the website. This information does not record specific personal data about the User, but is used to compile statistics on the use of the website.

VI. Final provisions
1. The Administrator shall apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular to protect the data against their access to unauthorised persons, against their being taken by an unauthorised person, against their being processed in violation of the applicable regulations, and against their alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
2. The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
3. Amendments to the provisions of this Privacy Policy shall take effect as soon as they are published on the Website.
